The outputStyle component will include an additional style sheet for Internet Explorer and Safari browsers. An additional style sheet will also be included when rendered in Sun Studio Creator design time. This allows style classes to be overridden for specific browsers.
The additional style sheet will have a different extension for each browser.
This extension replaces the .css value of the href attribute. So when href is 'style.css' and the page is rendered in IE an additional style sheet will be included called 'style_ie.css'
